Cremations
The funeral service can be held at any of Cornwall’s Crematoriums (see below) or if preferred the funeral can take place in a Church, Chapel or another location prior to going to the Crematorium.
After the cremation, we will guide you through your options regarding the ashes.
Direct Cremation
A direct cremation is a cremation without a formal funeral service. It offers a low-cost funeral that allows you to bid a respectful farewell in a simple and fuss-free way. We will do all the necessary paperwork and arrangements. The care that you and your loved one will receive will be no less than that of our usual high standards.

Treswithian Downs Crematorium, Camborne
Beautifully situated overlooking the countryside. Treswithian is privately owned, located to the west of Camborne and is set in 7-acres of beautiful countryside. Their memorial gardens also provide a tranquil place for you to visit.
Treswithian Downs is able to seat 96 people, with standing space for a further 50. Speakers are also located in the lobby area and outside the chapel, allowing larger congregations to be catered for. There is also ample parking on site.

Penmount Crematorium, Truro
Penmount Crematorium is a publicly owned, self-financed facility administered by Cornwall Council. It is ideally situated two miles from the city centre of Truro on a secluded country estate of twenty-eight acres, eleven of which having been developed as Gardens of Remembrance.
Penmount has two chapels – Trelawny chapel has seating for 112 people and Kernow chapel has seating for 55. Speakers are also situated outside of the chapels allowing large congregations to attend the funeral by standing in the chapel, the foyer and outside. There is also large areas of car parking on site.

Glynn Valley Crematorium, Bodmin
Glynn Valley Crematorium is situated on the main A38, Bodmin to Liskeard road and has 10 acres of well landscaped gardens of remembrance.
St Petroc’s Chapel features a magnificent picture window which is admired by many for its beautiful views over the tranquil valley. The Chapel seats 56.
There is ample car parking at Glynn Valley, allowing for approximately 200 cars as once the top car park is full there is an overflow car park which can be used.
