These suites are designed to be easily accessible, even for visitors with mobility concerns. Recognizing that everyone's preferences are unique, we offer flexibility, including the option to view your loved one in a bed instead of a traditional coffin, ensuring your comfort during this emotional time.
During normal office hours, there are no specific time or number restrictions for visits. All we ask is for a little advance notice, allowing us to prepare a viewing suite appropriately and provide you with a serene space to pay your respects in the manner that feels most meaningful to you.
24 Hour Service
Supporting you at time of loss 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. There are times when someone passes away outside of office hours, at weekends or bank holidays, which is why we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year.
